only about one chapter is worth while. i am a chronic sufferer too and basically i think you have to try everything to avoid surgery. this didn't excite me that much though and i have tried it for the months since i got book and still had flare ups. kind of expensive given that the information is not all new and only one concept was new. I won't be a spoiler since i am sure Jini wants to keep selling book, but it was just an ok book
