I am amazed at how much you get, after purchasing this inexpensive cookbook at such a low price, for a well-known notable name. Through the years, I've collected several Betty Crocker cookbooks, and have never been disappointed. This one happens to be a golden gem in my collection. Some of the recipes offered are: Beef And Potatoes With Rosemary; Porketta Pot Roast; Pulled Jerk Pork Sandwiches; Chuncky Beef Ragu; Mediterran Chicken Marbella; Caramelized Onion Beef Stew; and more.
I made the Jambalaya, which was a sensation, and my daughter loved it. I'll be making it again in the near future. There are several other mouth-watering recipes, such as Spicy Chicken In Peanut Sauce, which we made and enjoyed. We noted our next choice to make the German Red cabbage And Pork ribs, and will leave updates as we try new recipes.
This delightful cookbook also gives helpful tips in making gravy, and tips on specific potatoes to use for some recipes, along with helpful hints for each recipe. In addition, this cookbook includes the number of servings, calories, and total carbohydrates per recipe. Also, several different recipes are included for Stew, and Chili. If that isn't enough, there is a temperature chart, and measurement charts included. In today's challenging economy, this cookbook is ideal for easy, delicious recipes. Highly recommended!

I bought this book for about $1.00 and it was well worth the money. Most of the recipes are to my liking, but of course everyone has different tastes. I appreciated the fact that the recipes have a breakdown of calories, carbs, fats, etc. per serving.
